Lestario was created in response to the growing needs of companies engaged in recycling and waste management. Our client was looking for a solution that would:

streamline the coordination of waste collections,
reduce the number of missed pickups,
provide transparency and control over waste collection logistics,
support sustainability goals and upcoming requirements of the deposit return system.

As a result, we built a platform combining an intuitive mobile app for drivers with an admin panel for companies – a ready-made software solution for recycling companies.

Challanges

Collection coordination – designing a system that ensures smooth information flow between companies and drivers during waste and deposit packaging pickups.

Route optimization – implementing algorithms that help drivers avoid inefficient routes and minimize costs.

Data transparency – visualizing pickup points and reporting recycling progress in a simple and intuitive way.

Scalability – the app needed to handle multiple companies, fleets, and thousands of pickup points at once – essential for scaling with the deposit system 2025.

Koordynacja odbiorów – zaprojektowanie systemu, który zapewnia sprawny przepływ informacji pomiędzy firmami a kierowcami w procesie odbioru odpadów i opakowań zwrotnych.

Optymalizacja trasy – wdrożenie algorytmów pozwalających kierowcom unikać nieefektywnych przejazdów i minimalizować koszty.

Przejrzystość danych – wizualizacja punktów odbioru oraz raportowanie postępów w recyklingu w prosty i intuicyjny sposób.

Skalowalność – aplikacja musiała być gotowa na obsługę wielu firm, flot i tysięcy punktów odbioru jednocześnie – szczególnie ważne przy wdrożeniu systemu kaucyjnego 2025.
