Accor Hotels challenged us to redefine how guests book their luxury stays. Our response was a cutting-edge application designed for Apple Vision Pro, offering users a fully immersive exploration of the iconic Raffles OWO hotel in London – even before making a reservation.

The app enables users to virtually walk through the hotel’s suites, spa, lobby, and event spaces, all while learning about the brand's legacy and exclusive offerings.

This project became one of the earliest commercial showcases of Apple Vision Pro’s capabilities, highlighting Accor’s dedication to innovation and guest-centric digital experiences.


Immersive Hotel Tour
Users can experience a realistic 3D walkthrough of the Raffles OWO interiors – view suites, pool, and iconic halls in detail and from multiple perspectives.

3D Loyalty Program
The app includes a fully interactive loyalty experience – users can explore the benefits of different membership tiers visually and contextually.

Integrated Booking Flow
Without leaving the immersive environment, users can go from browsing the hotel to booking their stay – seamlessly and intuitively.

Personalized Experience
The application tailors the virtual presentation based on user preferences – from room types to stay packages and room locations.

Designing for a spatial interface - creating intuitive user interactions in a 3D immersive environment required entirely new UX paradigms.


Loyalty program integration - presenting tiered benefits in an engaging, interactive format that drives comprehension and engagement.


Performance and fidelity Balancing real -time rendering performance with high-end visuals and smooth data syncing posed a major technical challenge.
